At NE Panels, we aim to get your premium wall panels to you quickly and safely so you can start transforming your space.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales).

We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60+, PH17-26, PH30+, PH42-44, ZE), or any offshore locations at this time.

Local collection / Click & Collect is available from our showroom in Stockton-on-Tees / Teesside area — please contact us to arrange.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

If you place an order on a Friday after 2 pm, or over the weekend/bank holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch (most orders arrive in 3–4 days).

Larger or bulk orders may occasionally take slightly longer due to courier scheduling.

We aim for next working day dispatch on many smaller orders when stock allows.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, delivery postcode, and courier service.

We offer free delivery on orders over £250 look for the "Free Delivery" badge on qualifying orders at checkout.

Single-panel orders start from around £10 (exact amount shown at checkout).

Important Delivery Notes

Signature may be required on delivery — please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

Kerbside delivery — couriers typically deliver to the kerbside or ground-floor entrance. The driver is not obliged to carry goods inside the property.

Tail lift / two-man delivery is used for larger/palletised orders where needed (this will be indicated at checkout if applicable).

Please inspect your panels immediately upon delivery and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours by emailing info@nepanels.co.uk with photos. Claims after this period may not be accepted.

If you are not home for a scheduled delivery, the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery (charges may apply for failed attempts).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

If you need to amend your delivery address before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
